She designs and facilitates programs for individuals\, teams\, and leaders\, helping them reach their full potential. Ashley has a passion for creating impactful learning experiences and uses a variety of tools like Lumina Learning to drive personal growth and positive change. \n  \nWORKSHOP 2: \nWe often set goals for ourselves which we think are SMART\, but when we don’t achieve them\, we cannot really understand why\, or we just revert to the same old excuses. This can leave us feeling frustrated and disappointed with ourselves\, year after year. \nAchieving one’s goals requires more than just defining a desired outcome which is Smart\, Measurable\, Achievable\, Realistic and Time-based. It requires truly understanding how our underlying behaviours and beliefs about ourselves could potentially derail us from achieving our goals. It requires making sure that we adjust these belief systems\, assumptions and behaviours\, so that we don’t sabotage ourselves. \nRegister & book your spot!
